A rare breed Fillet Steak from our own "White Park" Chinashop herd, cooked to your liking and served with wild mushrooms, baked Isle of Wight cherry tomatoes, beer battered onion rings and a choice of sautéed new potatoes or mash and a rich port sauce

Crab Gratin made with Ventnor Crab and topped with fresh breadcrumbs and a mixture of parmesan and Smoked Lyburn Cheese. Served with freshly homemade sweet potato chips and salad
